im waking up every 30 minutes because it feels like i can’t breathe. this is horrible.

I made some lovely miniature chicken fajitas before, carefully crafted and made in under 5 minutes. But why, oh why, after finishing the last delectable mouthful, do i need to pretty much instantaneously evacuate my bowels.
I feel my cooking may have slipped.
